What we process Retailers: name, phone, email, company name, CVR number, address, orders, messages, uploaded images and a log of logins and actions in the account (time and IP address). Private customers: name, email, phone, delivery address, order and the uploaded image. People who sell photos to us: name, email, phone, payment details, the submitted photos and, when paying, a CPR number for reporting the fee.

Purpose and legal basis We use the data to handle requests and orders, deliver goods, invoice and answer enquiries (performance of a contract) and to comply with Danish bookkeeping law (legal obligation). The login log is used for security and customer service (legitimate interest).

Recipients Our web host, which stores data on our behalf, and PostNord or another carrier for delivery. New orders and enquiries are notified internally to us via Telegram; the notification contains name, phone and order contents.

Retention Accounting records are kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year. Images from private customers are deleted no later than 6 months after delivery. Retailer data is kept for as long as the partnership lasts.

Cookies The site only uses a necessary cookie when you are logged in or use the shop (for the cart). We use no statistics or marketing cookies.

Your rights You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data and object to processing. Write to hjemmesterservice@gmail.com. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, datatilsynet.dk.
