Terms and conditions

These terms apply to private customers buying photo magnets on this website. Retailers trade under a separate agreement.

Product and price Photo magnets with the customer's own image. Price: 35,00 DKK each · from 30 pcs 30,00 DKK. At least 10 pieces per order. Shipping 49,00 DKK. The prices shown are final prices in Danish kroner.

Order and payment When you send your order, you receive an order confirmation by email with the amount and payment details. You pay by MobilePay or bank transfer with the order number as reference. Production starts once payment is received. If payment is not received within 14 days, the order may be cancelled.

Delivery The magnets are sent by post to the address you provided. We email you when the order has been sent.

No right of withdrawal The magnets are made to your specifications with your own image. Under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act there is therefore no right of withdrawal for these goods.

Complaints You have a 2-year right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If the magnets are damaged or defective on delivery, write to hjemmesterservice@gmail.com with your order number and a photo and we will find a solution. If we cannot agree, you can complain to the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution (Nævnenes Hus) at naevneneshus.dk.

Images and rights You confirm that you have the right to use the image you send. We may refuse images that infringe the rights of others or are illegal or offensive. The image is used only for your order.
